In Victoria, you need a Liquor Control Victoria (LCV) issued RSA Certificate of Completion to work in many licensed venues. To obtain your RSA Certificate of Completion, you must complete:
an LCV-approved RSA course such as the Australian Institute of Food Safety’s (AIFS) Responsible Service of Alcohol Course (Victoria); and
the Sexual Harassment and Assault: Recognise, Prevent and Respond (SHARPR) additional online module
Once you successfully complete the AIFS Responsible Service of Alcohol Course (Victoria), you will receive an email from LCV asking you to create an account on the LCV Learning Hub, where you can complete the SHARPR online training module.
The SHARPR online training module takes around 60 minutes to complete. Once you have completed this module, you can download your RSA Certificate of Completion from the LCV Learning Hub and provide it to your employer.
