A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) course teaches the fundamentals of safe alcohol service. This type of course is required for all persons working with alcohol, whether they serve, sell or supervise those who do.

It informs the student of their legal responsibilities regarding safe alcohol service, including how to minimise harm.
