Our Meal & Menu Planning Course is unique in that it is the only course that requires learners to complete a Job Log for 120 hours or more. This is necessary to meet the requirements outlined in the units of competency for this course.

All other courses including Food Safety Supervisor, Food Handler and Responsible Service of Alcohol use other assessment methods and do not require a Job Log.
