Can you tell me more about the practical assessment for the Meal & Menu Planning Course?

The units of competency delivered in the Meal & Menu Planning Course require the learner to spend 120 hours or more performing meal and menu planning activities.

Most learners are doing these tasks anyway as part of their role, so it’s simply an admin task to record this.

We provide you with a spreadsheet template that can be opened using MS Excel or Google Sheets. This will make it easier for you to keep a Job Log in the format required to complete the assessment.
