You need everyday reading, writing, and numeracy skills, similar to common workplace tasks. Contact us if you have any concerns.

What level of language, literacy, and numeracy skills do I need?

Each lesson unlocks as the previous lesson has been completed in full. To see which lesson you are up to, scroll down your course page.

Why has my course progress not saved?

If you are under 18, we require a parent or guardian to give consent for us to issue your statement of attainment to you.

Why do I need parental consent?

Depending on your course type, you may be eligible for a 7 day course extension at an extra fee. Contact us before your course expires.

My course expires soon and I haven't completed it. What do I do?

Enquiries are responded to in the order they are received. If you emailed outside business hours, you will receive a response once our team are available.

Why haven't you replied yet?

Security questions inside your course are identity checkpoints set up at enrolment. If your answer is being rejected, contact our support team to verify your identity and unlock your progress.

Course completion reporting is done during a set period of time each year. You can use your Statement of Attainment as proof of course completion.

Why is my certification not showing on my USI portal account?

I only have one name. How do I fix my USI information?

The name on your student registration doesn't match your USI account. Log in to USI to review and update your details before contacting us.
