For nationally recognised courses such as the Food Safety Supervisor Course, the Food Handler Course, the Meal & Menu Planning Course or the Responsible Service of Alcohol Course, the Australian Government requires a special identifying number unique to every student. This is called a Unique Student Identifier number or USI.
Your USI number is quite easy to get and can be obtained in around 5-10 minutes. Simly visit https://www.usi.gov.au/ and follow the prompts.
