If you're in Victoria: Victorian law requires a Liquor Control Victoria (LCV)-issued Certificate of Completion, which means completing the approved RSA course plus an additional module through the LCV Learning Hub.

If you're in New South Wales: NSW law requires a Liquor & Gaming NSW (L&GNSW)-issued RSA Competency Card, which means completing the approved RSA (NSW) course plus lodging your Interim Certificate at a Service NSW centre in person.
