RSA training is required for anyone serving or selling alcohol in Australia. Requirements vary by state and territory.

What are the RSA training requirements in my state or territory?

Your RSA videos need to be submitted via the VideoAsk portal. You were emailed a link to submit your videos after completing student registration.

What units of competency do I get from the RSA course?

The SHARPR link is sent after an RSA course has been marked as satisfactory and is typically received within 24 hours of the statement of attainment being issued.

Why haven't I received the SHARPR link for the RSA Victoria course?

Completion time varies based on your knowledge and language skills. You have up to 12 months to finish, and the course is self-paced.

How long does the RSA course take?

Victoria requires an LCV Certificate of Completion: our RSA course plus the SHARPR module via the LCV Learning Hub.

What do I need to legally work as a Responsible Server of Alcohol in Victoria?

Yes. The AIFS RSA course is approved by Liquor Control Victoria (LCV). The LCV Approved RSA Provider logo appears on the course page.
