We're approved to deliver Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) training in every state and territory in Australia*.
If you successfully complete the RSA NSW course, you'll receive an Interim Certificate by email within 3 business days of finishing your course and assessment. This lets you start working while your official photo Competency Card is issued. To get your Competency Card, you'll need to visit a Service NSW centre in person with your Interim Certificate. Your card will be mailed to you within around 5 weeks. Your Interim Certificate is valid for 90 days, so it's worth booking your Service NSW visit soon after completing the course. If you successfully complete the RSA (Victoria) course, Liquor Control Victoria (LCV) will contact you via email to complete an additional online module so you can obtain your RSA Certificate of Completion. The RSA Certificate of Completion is required for those who want to work in roles that involve serving, selling, or supplying alcohol in Victoria.
*Note - This training is not suitable for liquor license holders in Tasmania but continues to be valid for staff servicing or selling liquor.
