We lodge your completion with Liquor &amp; Gaming NSW (L&amp;GNSW) within 3 business days if you successfully complete the NSW RSA course. 

Once lodged, your NSW RSA Interim Certificate will be emailed to you directly from L&amp;GNSW, generally within 1-2 business days. This timeframe may vary depending on L&amp;GNSW. If you have not received your Interim Certificate within 5 business days of completing your training, please contact L&amp;GNSW directly.
